Allows companies to buy branded version of QuikCalc in bulk for download by their clients

OTTAWA, Canada, May 2, 2006 - Slateboard Software Inc., a developer of consumer and business software applications, today announced the release of QuikCalc Amortization Courtesy Edition. "The Courtesy Edition allows our customers to buy licenses for QuikCalc in bulk for as little as $1.00 per copy," explained Robert Kennedy, President and CEO. "It is branded with their image, logo, contact info and web links and goes far beyond the coffee mug or pen for customer satisfaction."

When a company buys the Courtesy Edition, they are given a unique code with a web link that they can then place on their business cards, web site, email signatures or any other promotional material. Then, if, and only if, one of their customers decides they are interested, does the company use up one of their pre-paid licenses. "What separates this from most promotional materials is that there is no waste," commented Kennedy. "You may hand out a thousand business cards with this link but if only fifty people are interested, you only pay for those 50 downloads. If you hand out 1000 pens, how many actually end up in a drawer?"

The Courtesy Edition can be purchased in bulk starting at quantities of 100 units. Prices are discounted with higher volume purchases. Three versions can be purchased. A $1.00 per copy version that expires after 90 days, a $2.00 version that expires after 180 days and a $3.00 version that never expires.
